1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luke91 ("luke91," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the luke91 platform, including the website at luke91.app, the Android application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

luke91 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on luke91, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification is pending or has failed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by luke91 or a third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. luke91 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your luke91 account and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available, particularly if your account maintains a significant PKR balance.
• Notify luke91 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
• Not access your account from shared or public devices without ensuring you log out fully at the end of each session.

luke91 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to requests for government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the luke91 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. luke91 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. We reserve the right to require alternative arrangements where this is not technically feasible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
• luke91 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• All transactions are subject to applicable anti-money-laundering checks. luke91 complies with international AML standards and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable regulations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

luke91 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and must not be exploited through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method intended to circumvent their intended purpose.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are specified per-promotion.
• luke91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where a player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using platform bonuses, arbitrage, or the use of automated software — luke91 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the luke91 Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. luke91 will not be responsible for errors made by the player after bet confirmation.
• luke91 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest error has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or in-play sports bet, the system will record the last confirmed action. luke91's decision regarding the outcome in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and are subject to change.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by licensed third-party providers. Game results cannot be manipulated by the Platform or the player.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luke91 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 18.
• Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent Platform security measures.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to launder funds or engage in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the luke91 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of luke91 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of luke91.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luke91 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, unauthorised account access, delays in payment processing, or the outcome of any game or sports event.

luke91 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit luke91's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

luke91 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become a problem, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the net losses you are willing to sustain within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a specified period of time.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

luke91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period of a request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to luke91.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

12 Amendments to Terms

luke91 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may take the form of an in-platform notification, email to your registered address, or a notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to luke91's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal complaint, please contact the luke91 support team with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body as applicable.
